Hi, I’m Sarah, the lady behind Bliss Bites.

Bliss Bites Started with a group of friends, indulging on a Bliss Bites creation, glass of wine in hand, envisioning our guests doing the same. There is nothing I like more than creating a platter for a group to share, not only does the platter provide a great foodie experience but looks amazing and is a great addition to any Bliss Stays experience in Mudgee.

Have a platter waiting for you on arrival or during your stay (on Request). Bliss Bites Mudgee wants to make your stay a little easier and fuss free! We want you to spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the property, catching up with loved ones, enjoying our locally produced delicacies and indulging on local wine.

We ensure customers will have a taste of Mudgee with every platter. Sourcing cheeses from our local fromagerie, incorporating locally sourced cured meats, olives, relishes, honey and Mudgee sour dough. The aim is to support local businesses and have guests experience the flavours Mudgee has to offer.
